We request that all passengers adhere to and abide by the current safety standards and protocols as recommended by the Australian Government and Department of Health.
Hand sanitiser and antibacterial wipes have been placed on all vehicles for your convenience. Our buses are cleaned thoroughly after every trip. There will be fewer passengers on the bus at one time to secure the practice of social distancing.
Please ensure the removal all of your personal items and please take all rubbish with you when you alight the bus.
Please advise ASN Transfers office on 02 99977767 or your driver if you are feeling unwell to determine whether you are able to use the service.
If a passenger is not willing to meet these expectations, then the driver may choose to refuse or terminate the trip at their discretion.

DRIVER AND PASSENGER OBLIGATIONS
Drivers are reminded of the following:
Wash hands often with soap and water
Wipe down passenger area with Alcohol-based sanitiser after each trip.
Employ standard cleaning practices at the end of each shift, as part of good hygiene practice by wiping down surfaces with disinfectant
Alcohol-based hand sanitiser is advised where possible between hand washes and after opening and closing doors, moving luggage, exchanging payment and after personal contact
Encourage customers to use contactless payments where possible, to further reduce chances of community spread
Visit vehicle sanitisation stations in Alexandria (Sydney Metro) to have high touch areas of the vehicle sanitised for free.
Carry out regular vehicle spot cleans between visits to the vehicle sanitisation station and between shifts
Passengers are reminded of the following:
Sit in the backseat of the vehicle
Go cashless and use contactless payment methods where available
Do not travel if they are feeling unwell
Handle their own luggage
